The kitchen is fully fitted in the American bar style and has every modern appliance. There is also further separate WC and shower room convenient for the pool area.
A small garden is fully enclosed and givies an unrestricted super view down to the sea.
This is a good stylish family house close to town / local shops, and A8 autoroute connection, yet private and enjoying great views down to the coast.
